Owners using Our Man in Norfolk’s services have unlimited telephone and email access to the team to discuss issues relating to their property, and any work to be undertaken there.

The cost of regular tasks such as gardening, domestic cleaning and window cleaning is agreed in advance, and is invoiced by way of a fully itemised monthly account.

Quotations for occasional projects, such as redecoration or electrical and plumbing work, can be provided by tradespeople known to Our Man in Norfolk, and once costs are approved, the progress of any work agreed can be monitored by the team.

If a member of the team needs to leave the office to provide access to tradespeople, or to accept a delivery at an owner’s home, the time involved is charged at £25 per hour.
